Wednesday: Chldren and Adult Classes:

18:00-18:45 :  6-10 year olds

18:45-19:45:  general class  (this class is suitable for beginners adults and improvers teen Capoeiristas)

Wednesdays: 18:45-19:45. 6 pounds (10 classes for 50 pounds)  

This class is open to adult beginners who have never played Capoeira before.  It is a class structured so that different experience level adults and teen Capoeiristas will be followed by multiple teachers:  the adults beginners will be able to learn and practice the fundamentals of Capoeira including ginga, attacks and dodges and some basic acrobatics, like cartwheels and handstands.  The improvers will learn according to their levels.


The roda will be mixed levels.



Instrutora Coelhinha

and Monitor Nino

Coelhinha (Manuela Menchi)  and Nino  began training Capoeira with Mestre Chitaozinho in 2011. Coelhinha  lived in Brazil until 2007. There she had the first contact with Capoeira and the culture of North-East Brazil. Nino is from Noth-East Brazil. They both continue to study Capoeira with constant training with Mestre Chitaozinho and regular visits to Brazil and attending workshops  

throughout the year.


Mestre Chitãozinho:  began capoeira in 1986 as an 11 year old boy in Brazil. He  is the founder and president of Grupo Negça Capoeira
